What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

The beaten path is not always an option for me. Commitment is! And I apply it in my day-to-day work, as well as in the hikes I go on or books I read. So, in short, In my current role as a Business Development Leader I am fully invested in connecting business targets with customer’s needs day-by-day.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

I joined Capgemini with enthusiasm coming from a bit of a different background and during difficult pandemic times. My biggest surprise was to see the amount of support I received here. The most valuable gain of my team is that we have the context to grow and we can see each other’s better version every day.

Moreover, I was amazed to see how easy the day-to-day was made by my new colleagues, considering that a lot of the times we were working remotely.

So, I guess what I love about Capgemini is its capacity to adapt to new times and situations, respecting the people who work here.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

We take each challenge as it is, a challenge that has behind a great collective of professionals who are working together to the same goal. 

How are you working towards the future you want?

I am always pushing for our innovative solutions on the market because all our clients need to see the heart and soul we pour in each service or product we have. And we are working tirelessly to create better, more agile, more sustainable solutions for the market.
