Paul has been Managing Director of the UK since July 2018.

From 2015, he was CEO, Application Services UK, member of the UK Country Board, and Capgemini Saudi Arabia Board.

Paul has been with the Capgemini Group since 1992 during which time he has led and delivered complex engagements for clients across the pharmaceutical, financial services, and other sectors in the UK and Europe. He’s been also responsible for leading various delivery, sales and technology business units, and for driving change across the business.

Paul’s early career was founded in program leadership, working across pharmaceuticals, financial services and the music industries.

Passionate about digital inclusion, Paul sits on The Prince’s Trust Technology Leadership Group and is also the Chair of Capgemini UK’s Corporate Social Responsibility Board, where he focuses on leveraging Capgemini’s passion for technology to help society address the impact of the digital and automation revolution.
