Our goal? To achieve climate neutrality for our company by 2025 at the latest and to become a “net zero business” by 2030.

We already reached our goal for 2030 to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 30% per employee in January 2020, a decade earlier than planned. Now we have set a new goal to reach NetZero by 2030. To accelerate our carbon reduction program, we will switch to 100% renewable electricity, expand new ways of working, reduce the carbon impact of the supply chain, and more.

Our local commitment to the environment

The environment is one of the main priorities for Capgemini, and in 2020 we decided to contribute to the conservation of forests together with the NGO Reforest’action. The aim of this project is to promote climate change and biodiversity protection by offering you the opportunity to plant your own tree in different countries.

Benefits of such an initiative are manifold in terms of climate (tons of stored CO2), biodiversity (more than 10,000 created shelters for animals) and health (20,000 months of oxygen produced).
