Karine Marchat

Chief Financial Officer of Capgemini’s Northern Europe Strategic Business Unit

Karine Marchat is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Capgemini’s Northern Europe Strategic Business Unit (SBU). She became a Member of the Group Executive Committee in July 2023.
 
Previously, Karine has held a variety of finance positions at Capgemini, notably as CFO in Cloud Infrastructure Services, Financial Services and Europe Strategic Business Units, as well as Capgemini in India. She has also been Head of Business Controlling and Financial consolidation at Group level, and was in charge of the design of the 2025 strategic vision for the Finance function.
 
In order to help grow female talents in finance at Capgemini, Karen has also sponsored various Women Leadership programs.
 
Prior to joining Capgemini in 1993, Karine started her career in 1990 at KPMG, as External Auditor.
 
She studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA), is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Audencia Business School (Nantes, France).
