Viswanath Krishnan

Executive Vice President, Business Services, Capgemini

Viswanath is an Executive Vice President who holds the role of Global Delivery Head within Capgemini Business Services. In his current role, he is responsible for the delivery of all practices (F&A, supply chain, digital employee operations and Financial Services) for business services clients across the globe.
 
During his 34-year-long career, Viswanath has gained experience in various areas of finance and accounting and supply chain. In addition, he has specialized in processes crucial to business management, such as business performance analysis, reporting, process and performance monitoring benchmark set up, budgeting and forecasting, corporate finance, taxation, and auditing. He also developed his skills in commodity purchasing and logistics. Viswanath has an extensive background in leveraging IT enablers to set up systems and control mechanisms. He also has a track record in setting up new operations that require building structured delivery mechanisms in a previously unstructured environment.
 
Viswanath joined Capgemini in 2009, and over the last 11 years has managed delivery for several clients. He has also been the Cluster Portfolio Lead for APAC before moving into his current role. Prior to joining Capgemini, he worked for Hindustan Unilever in India for 23 years, where he performed a wide range of roles across multiple locations.
 
Viswanath holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is also a certified cost accountant.
