Sandeep Bhatia is the Executive Vice President, Country Head at Capgemini Invent India. His current role involves strengthening the go to market strategy as well as readiness to serve the customers  using scaled delivery options across centers in India, Dalian(China), Singapore & Warsaw(Poland). Additionally he also supports the global go to market strategy for “Insight Driven Enterprise Offering” across sectors & capabilities.
 
Sandeep Bhatia is an entrepreneurial Leader in the IT Industry with accomplishments across diverse set of roles. He has  over 17 years of experience  with leading IT companies, where he was designated as service delivery/transition lead, COO, Partner. He was with Annik as COO and led the group from 120 professionals to 1100 associates across US, China, Poland, UK, Singapore & India and was responsible for all functions and strategy across geographies and key client relationships.  He successfully led the merger of Annik with LiquidHub in 2016. As Partner at LiquidHub he was responsible for combining the operations across various locations in addition to the global centres.
 
Before joining Capgemini Invent India, he was associated with Genpact and LiquidHub,  where he successfully led the merger of Annik and LiquidHub in 2016.
 
Sandeep has completed his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. He is associated with industry bodies like Nasscom-NCR Chapter, Keiretsu Forum and Supply Chain Lab by Lumis Partners. He holds external professional certifications in Master Black Belt from Genpact, Black Belt from GE Crotonvile-US, Lead Auditor to ISO 9000 from Cranfield-CII, Change Acceleration Process Tools and Harvard certification on Professional Services.
