Padmashree Shagrithaya is the Head of Insights & Data, Global Business Line at Capgemini in India. In her current role, she is responsible for helping clients, across industries, in unlocking the value of their investments in Data, Digital and AI by partnering from ideation and innovation to shaping and scaling their Data and AI estate.

In a diversified career spanning over 27 years, Padmashree has crafted and led multiple large and complex transformation programs delivering strong business outcomes for many clients by leveraging Technology, Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. With deep industry experience & sharp business wisdom, she leads with clear vision & skill to carry everyone along in realizing their shared goals.

Being a believer in the positive impact of AI in shaping our future, Padmashree along with her team has curated and executed to scale many award-winning AI solutions that are building robust & trustworthy solving varied business problems. 

A frequent speaker at leading AI forums, Padmashree is on the advisory board for leading analytics learning platform and a VC fund set up by industry veterans. She has co-authored the Innovation Black Book for Enterprise 4.0. 

Padmashree holds a degree in Business Studies – Economics and Mathematics. She is a post graduate member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
