Aashish Sharma is the head of Capgemini’s Group Sales TLC, where he is responsible for driving global sales programs focused on enhancing client experience and transforming Capgemini’s sales and account management communities.

Aashish joined Capgemini in 2004 and has since been instrumental in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, sales transformation initiatives and winning strategic deals. He is also the executive sponsor of Capgemini India’s Women in Sales initiative, where he coaches and encourages women to take on sales roles.

As a seasoned sales leader with over two decades of global sales experience, Aashish brings exceptional client management skills and a deep understanding of sales systems and processes. He has also leveraged this knowledge to strengthen Capgemini’s sales technology stack.

Aashish is known for his high energy leadership style and ability to manage and motivate global talent. He is an early adopter of emerging disruptive technologies and shares his experiences on various platforms. He completed his BBA from the International American University.
