A unified system to track LSG Product Subscriptions for LPL affiliated Advisors. System provided flexibility and scalability to support multiple business models. An individual user communicated through salesforce using multiple designated email addresses as an individual and/or as a team member. System automatically recognized the Advisor or an Advisor Office on each Case to auto-populate Advisor specific ‘From’ email address for the running user. In addition, system routed the cases to appropriate users or teams based on email address on inbound emails from Advisors, Advisor Office, or Advisor’s Clients. In addition, system is integrated with Advisor’s CRM Systems to automatically identify, capture, and track work requests.
