Capgemini India achieved its first Enterprise SOC 3 Report

Capgemini India has achieved its first SOC 3 report for the year covering 2022. The SOC 3 report is based on the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) issued Trust Service Criteria (TSC). The SOC 3 report from Capgemini addresses Trust Service Criteria such as availability, confidentiality, and security. Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 18 (SSAE 18) was created by the AICPA in order to maintain international accounting standards. SSAE 18 is closely aligned with the International Standard for Assurance Engagements (ISAE3402) requirements.

SOC Reporting is executed by the Service Organization in accordance with the aforementioned standards. SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports are intended for current clients and have limited distribution. Nonetheless, the SOC 3 report is accessible to all parties.

Capgemini Technology Services conducts annual enterprise-level SOC third-party audits to demonstrate the assurance of its services. Our SOC 3 report provides coverage for multiple services and delivery locations at the enterprise level.  Annually, from October 1 to September 30, SOC 3 reports are issued covering a period of 12 months. These reports are meant for the general public and potential clients to understand and gain confidence in our enterprise assurance practices. No additional paperwork or bridge letters will be issued for SOC3. Here you can download the report.
