I am Anushri Raizada and I have been with Capgemini in Gandhinagar for more than a decade now. I work as a Project Manager in the Medical Devices and Life Sciences unit at Capgemini Engineering.

How does a usual day working at Capgemini look like?

Every day at Capgemini brings new opportunities and challenges. In the medical devices unit, I work on complex global projects that make a broader impact in the country and the world, which is very fulfilling. My role often allows me to interact with people from different geographical locations, varied cultures and mindsets! I enjoy this immensely because it not only helps me to learn and evolve professionally but also personally.

What excites you about your job and what makes it special working at Capgemini?

At Capgemini, what excites me about my job is the impact I get to make on a daily basis. My current project client is a global leader of medical devices in blood domain. We are working as their global innovation and development partners and involved head to toe with the client in the software development, maintenance and enhancement of these life saving devices. Working on medical devices and life science projects give me the opportunity to make the world a better place and make a tangible difference in my field. In fact, I take a lot of pride in letting everyone know that the medical devices that we work on are the frontline devices used for COVID treatments.

I have several cherished moments in my Capgemini journey. The most memorable moment was when I saw the devices we worked on being called life-saviours on news channels during the pandemic. The sense of achievement and pride was amazing!
