As an “E.L.I.T.E. Management Trainee” one will embark on an intense 12-month journey that will both transform your career as well as make a significant impact to Capgemini’s business. We are looking for proactive, intelligent, innovative, articulate, and globally aware individuals who can solve key business challenges across a broad spectrum of roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

La Niaque is a French word that means “Fire in the belly” and inspires us to fight for what we believe in. La Niaque is a B-school competition encompassing quiz and case solving.

Rounds:

La Niaque 7.0 features a thrilling 3 round competition for first-year B-school students:

  • 1st Round: Quiz competition to evaluate participants’ aptitude and knowledge about the ELITE program, as well as current trends and developments in the field of technology.
  • 2nd Round: Case solving, where teams will analyse and submit solutions for a given problem.
  • 3rd Round: Live presentations before a panel of judges, showcasing the solutions and strategies developed during the case-solving round.

Prizes:

  • National Winner gets prize amount of ₹1,20,000.
  • National Runner-up gets prize amount of ₹60,000.
  • National Second Runner-up gets prize amount of ₹30,000. 
  • Top 3 National Winners will be awarded PPIs (Subject to all other criteria for summer placements being met)
  • Campus Winners will get prize amount of ₹10,000 and will have a chance to win PPIs (Subject to all other criteria for summer placements being met).
