Chrysalis is Capgemini’s flagship B-school Program established to attract, hire, and develop the best talent across management schools in India. Started in 2011, Chrysalis aims to infuse young and high-potential talent from top B-schools in India, thereby creating a strong leadership pipeline for the future.
