Happiness & Wellbeing

When we go to work, we are looking for good pay, career, job role, and so on, but when you look within and ask “why” three times, it comes down to happiness.

Wellbeing is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress.

Hence, we at Capgemini in India, keep the Happiness & Wellbeing of our employees at the heart of everything we do. Our outreach encompasses initiatives that help foster Wellbeing in its various forms – physical, emotional, economic, social & community wellbeing. Because it is through wellbeing that we discover true happiness.

To further our mission of promoting Happiness & Wellbeing for our employees, we have introduced the Fostering Menopause Sensitivity initiative, a 12-month annual program launched in partnership with an external expert.
This initiative intends to support our employees through this midlife challenge, a program that aims to sensitize our workforce to approach conversations about menopause with respect and empathy. The program includes webinars and sessions to raise awareness of the issue, as well as workshops that will equip our colleagues with the solutions they need in this stage of their lives.
