      Ellie Mills

      Chartered Management Degree Apprentice
I could go on about the benefits of my degree apprenticeship all day, the list really does feel endless. I’ve managed to establish myself in a globally respected IT company, with a huge range of clients and projects for me to get involved with. I’ve built relationships with experienced and talented professionals, as well as apprentices similar ages to myself, that will be with me for the rest of my career.

      Jake Ferris

      Level 3 Software Developer
Doing an apprenticeship with Capgemini has been a great experience over the last 6+ months. I’ve learnt so many skills and grown massively as a software engineer. I’ve been able to work on multiple projects and work with many different people, some of which are also on apprenticeships themselves. But a highlight for me has been working with people that have tons of experience in the industry as the things I’ve learnt from them has been invaluable. Overall, an apprenticeship at Capgemini teaches the skills you need to excel at your job role, whilst gaining real working experience

      Holly Kelly

      Chartered Management Degree Apprentice
I’ve been at Capgemini for just under 12 months. I had already previously been to university for a year before leaving – I personally didn’t enjoy it, as I learn better from practical work and enjoy applying what I have learned. I chose to do a degree apprenticeship as there are significantly more benefits, such as the gained experiences, new friends, alongside being paid whilst gaining a degree!
