Once you’ve found the job you’d like to apply for on our website, it’s time to think about your application!
The whole process only takes around 10 minutes, and we want to understand your motivations for working at Capgemini as well as your preferred location, start date and role preference. This is the first insight we get of you, so it’s a great opportunity to showcase yourself.  
 During all stages, we’re more interested in how you share our values and can demonstrate your potential. We want you to bring your thoughts and experiences to life! Make sure you tell us what you want us to hear about you, especially any relevant knowledge and experience relating to the role.

Applications don’t always tell the full story, so we are excited to get to know the real you. The Digital Interview is an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for Capgemini and the role that you have applied for. You will answer a series of questions while on camera, the prospect of a digital interview could seem quite daunting especially if this is the first time completing one. Therefore, you are then given the opportunity to answer a series of mock digital interview questions to help you warm up. Don’t worry, we won’t be reviewing the mock digital interview questions! 
While you’re waiting for your assessment centre process to begin, take the time to get prepared.

If successful, you’ll be invited to join an assessment centre by video or in person.  You’ll join us for a half-day engaging event including a group exercise and a 1-1 strengths-based interview. The assessment centre also includes ice breakers, and a short presentation with more information about Capgemini and the role you have applied for.  As well as the opportunity to ask questions to assessors/graduate helpers about their experiences. 

Be ready to share examples of your problem-solving abilities, and your collaboration skills. Remember, it’s not just about what you know, but how you approach challenges. 
 During the assessment centre you might meet quite a few people, so, be yourself, stay calm, and don’t hesitate to ask for clarification on who’s who if needed. This is also the time to ask any questions you may have about the role. Be authentic and true to yourself – we don’t hire replica individuals! You’re not competing against anyone else, in fact you’ll need to work together to be successful on the day. 
When the process is completed, our recruitment team will get in touch with you to share their decision.
