Oliver Pfeil

Oliver Pfeil was appointed CEO of Capgemini’s Business Services and became a member of the Group Executive Committee in 2022.

Prior to this, Oliver was the Chief Operating Officer of Capgemini’s Americas Strategic Business Unit (SBU). He was also Deputy CEO and Head of Operations of the Europe Strategic Business Unit from 2018 – 2019.

From 2004 to 2013, Oliver played a key role in the formation of Capgemini’s Business Services, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2006, he also took on additional responsibility of Capgemini’s Business Services commercial function and led its M&A activities, contributing to the growth of the practice.

Having joined Capgemini in 2001, Oliver has held leadership positions across several SBUs and Global Business Lines and has worked in multiple geographies.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Oliver worked in retail and banking. He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Regensburg in 1997. Oliver was born in Heilbronn, Germany in 1968 and has lived in Paris for many years and is currently based in Chicago.
