Gemeinsam mit Capgemini Invent führte ZF Friedrichshafen innerhalb eines Jahres eine umfassende Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Initiative durch, um schnell ausgereifte Fähigkeiten zur Prozessdigitalisierung zu entwickeln.

Gemeinsam mit Capgemini Invent wählte ZF Friedrichshafen erste Anwendungsfälle aus und führte eine skalierbare Plattform auf Basis eines agilen Betriebsmodells ein. Eine umfassende Kommunikationsstrategie stellte die Mitarbeiterakzeptanz bei der Einführung der RPA-Plattform sicher.
