How the Capgemini Invent culture is

I really appreciate the inclusiveness and the feeling of togetherness that is deeply rooted in our culture and the way of working. I believe that our graduate program, Business Analysis Group (BAG), is a great embodiment of this culture. As an example, I remember being excited and nervous in advance of my first day as, but soon as I met my new colleagues I was surprised to learn how engaged they were in my personal and professional growth – supporting and challenging me on projects, sharing insights and discussing career paths. This has continued throughout my career and it is so rewarding to work in an environment that focuses on enabling others and celebrating team accomplishments.

My life at Capgemini

… is variated and fun. Variated because I have worked on many different tasks and challenges, both internally and on client projects. I have received the opportunity to work on many different projects within sectors such as banking and manufacturing, as well as different tasks ranging from developing business strategies, implementing IT systems, recruiting graduates, to developing credit risk models.
Fun because I get to work with many different colleagues – including many great, intellectual, experienced and yet humble people who have become good colleagues and friends.

Working here has given me…

…the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. As a management  we need to swiftly learn and adapt to new sectors, clients and topics. What I really like about Capgemini  is that a lot of this learning is done by mixing consultants with different levels of expertise in project teams – through this way, ensuring knowledge sharing and a steep learning curve. It is also exiting to experience how the global community of Capgemini offers a lot of insights, expertise and opportunities to leverage best practices. In addition, I appreciate the many opportunities to attend courses and trainings both in Norway and globally to enhance my skills.

A special Capgemini memory

The first training that my BAG-colleagues and I attended in Serge Kampf Les Fontaines. It is a special memory because we got the chance to combine learning new skills and traveling for a weekend to experience Paris together. It was also fun to get to know Capgemini colleagues from all around the world through the training, which included a lot of practical exercises set in the beautiful surroundings of Les Fontaines.
