I enjoy exploring new places and spending time with family and friends. I love to go back home to North-Norway and our summer house at Lofoten Islands.

– Why I applied

I was looking for new challenges and joined Capgemini Invent as an experienced hire. As an experienced hire, my insights from the public sector were valued and I was immediately given a number of rewarding opportunities. The organization is very supportive towards new ideas and innovation.

– What I do

My team focuses on a wide range of strategic services across Government – from digital transformation, innovation, performance management, organizational development, change management and operating models to political reforms. My projects have focused primarily on digital transformation, from strategy to execution. We work very collaborative, which has allowed me to work closely with, and learn from the top management. Every day is different and presents new challenges and learning opportunities.
