Stay Invent is the Alumni network of Capgemini Invent and gives the opportunity to connect, network and share knowledge locally and across geographies.

The connections that we make at Capgemini Invent are a crucial part of our work and achievements. Based on the success of the ever-growing German alumni network initiated in 2021, we have decided to launch STAY INVENT globally across Capgemini Invent. People are at the core of what we do. The alumni network provides an opportunity for people to share knowledge, reconnect, and build new relationships.

To us, you are always part of the family, and we want to maintain a great people experience after you have moved to new adventures.

FAQs

Stay Invent is our alumni network that keeps our colleagues connected with each other and with us once they leave Capgemini Invent. Alumni, who left earlier and have been part of the Invent Backbone (e.g. Capgemini Consulting) are welcome as well.

At the moment, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. We are working with the Invent countries to extend even further.

The initiative began in Germany and was so successful that we decided to roll it out globally.

Once you register, you’ll be added to your country’s local LinkedIn Group. It will allow you to keep connected and up to date with the company news. You will also receive newsletters with updates on what is going on at Invent and in the network. Finally, you will be invited to at least one event per year.

You need to complete a lime survey with a couple of information about yourself and then you’ll be added to the LinkedIn Group. Links are above, just make sure to pick the one for the country you want to join.

While we do not offer a global LinkedIn Group or events, all Invent countries are working together on the initiative to ensure consistency across our countries. You are also very welcome to join any network, not necessarily the one country you worked for.

As this is an alumni network, no. However, the networks are run by Invent employees. Furthermore, current employees are invited to the events to encourage networking.
