She goes ICT – Jolien Schoukens

Jolien Schoukens has now been nominated by DataNews She Goes ICT in a new category – Inclusive Tech Champion of the Year 2024.

Having previously won the Capgemini Women for the Future Award – Woman of Inspiration, Jolien Schoukens has now been nominated by DataNews She Goes ICT in a new category – Inclusive Tech Champion of the Year 2024. It’s time we celebrate her achievements.

Jolien started with us as a Young Professional less than eight years ago, worked with several big clients, and has steadily grown in her career as a Senior Manager. A truly people’s person, Jolien has been a great ambassador and a role model for Capgemini and beyond.

She is on a mission to make education accessible to everyone, with a special focus on empowering minority groups. She loves to combine her passions in education, technology, and business in order to create a more inclusive and positive world. In a career spanning over fifteen years, Jolien has actively worked with different NGOs as a volunteer. While pursuing her education, she had conducted research focused on learning, the human brain, and technology.

As an energetic, empathic go-getter with broad skills, Jolien is on a mission to facilitate change and create a positive impact both within and outside Capgemini.

Jolien is a role model for all of us at Capgemini and beyond.  As a consultant, she is constantly looking for new ways to connect, collaborate, and inspire all to achieve great results in different areas.

Jolien’s nomination as the Inclusive Tech Champion of the Year 2024 is a testament to her incredible efforts and it is only justifiable that she earns her place in the Top 3.

Online voting has ended. The grand jury will make the final decision.
