04 Mar 2021

Capgemini has been recognized as a winner in two categories of the 2020 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards program for its Hire.me recruitment tool. Capgemini was named a Gold winner in the “Best Advance in Emerging Talent Acquisition Technology” category and as a Bronze winner in the “Best Advance in Talent Acquisition (TA) Technology” category.

We are pleased to be recognized with the two 2020 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards, for our Hire.me application,” said Sébastien Guibert, Global Head of Intelligent Automation at Capgemini’s Business Services. “Traditionally, the end-to-end interview coordination process can be time consuming and labor intensive. With the war for talent still very much in play, Capgemini’s Hire.me application standardizes and automates this process, from the moment a candidate’s resume arrives to the final interview and data archiving steps. It takes us one more step towards realizing the Frictionless Candidate Experience.”

The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards recognize the best organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results.

Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer at Brandon Hall Group said, “The implementation of Capgemini’s Hire.Me tool to automate the entire interview coordination process has enabled it to eliminate lengthy back and forth email exchanges between the organization, human resources teams, and the candidate, and has reduced the time spent in scheduling an interview by a recruiter. We are happy to recognize Capgemini’s solution for its outstanding performance.”
