– Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

Most of my time I’m working with my client on creating outstanding marketing campaigns that bring results. I enjoy being a part of the team and bringing Capgemini expertise to the table.

As a Salesforce Marketing Champion, I try to actively participate in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives organized by Capgemini and bring value to the community of likeminded people.

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

It brings a lot of freedom of choice on how to tackle problems, and a lot of opportunities to be the driver of change. These benefits come with the responsibilities that need to acknowledged, but there are many helpful colleagues out there to help me.

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

Being a part of a global community makes me feel included. As an immigrant finding a job in another country is a challenge, and I’m happy that Capgemini is focused on the individual skills and provides equal opportunities to its employees.

– How are you working towards the future you want?

Coming from a smaller organization to Capgemini was a big change. Since start, I’m upskilling myself on Salesforce, thankfully Capgemini has a well-developed network that allows to grow in this area. As well as that, I’m learning a lot about the role of the consultant, working from day 5 on a client, and helping to provide the best possible solutions to them. It’s a lot of work on yourself, but in the end it’s up to you to build a future your want, and I truly enjoy this.

– What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

Be ready for challenges and don’t be afraid to ask for help if you feel lost. It’s important to understand that in the end of the day we’re people working with people.
