Virginie Regis was appointed Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee in 2016.

She is a B2B Marketing executive expert in brand strategy, brand revitalization and marketing transformation. In her role she takes care of the image and reputation of the Group covering the full scope of Marcoms activities: Branding and Advertising, Analyst relations, Press relations, Digital and Social Media, Marketing, Internal communications, and Corporate communications.

Prior to this, Virginie was Vice President and Group Branding, Marketing and Digital Director at Capgemini, where she focused on brand awareness and innovative marketing programs to support business development.

From 2007 to 2014, Virginie was Operations Manager, working with the Group Marketing and Communications Director, responsible for driving the transformation of the function across the Group. She created a large internal creative agency in India of 200+ people, serving all marketing and communications units of the Group today.

Prior to this, Virginie spent ten years as a Consultant in Strategy, Marketing and Sales at Capgemini Consulting. Virginie began her career in 1999 as a Consultant in Financial Services with Ernst & Young.

Virginie holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics at Paris II – Panthéon Assas University (Paris, 1999).
